Returns and Exchanges


At Label Armana, our customer’s satisfaction is of prime importance to us. We endeavour to make shopping, exchanges, and returns as hassle free and easy as possible. To initiate any return or exchange we require customers to reach out to us on email : alternatively on our customer care phone number (+91) 931-032-4045. Returns or exchange needs to be notified within 7 days of purchase and the article should be shipped within 14 days of purchase.

The garment(s) must be in the same packaging as you received along with their price tags. It should be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. Once we receive the article, our quality check team will verify the above and exchange or credit note will be issued likewise. The garment needs to be sent to us by the customer themselves.

Exchange will be done once the QC team gives a headsup. In case of Returns we give you a credit note for future use. We do not refund money.

While making a return / exchange we would like you to mention the following in the email

  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.

We will look into the issue and respond to you within 72 working hours. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.

Returns or exchanges on International orders and articles bought during sale periods aren’t possible.
